Ok so im building a Arh and im having some trouble finding a good build for him  Im going wizzard 3 / druid 3 / Arh 4. (Starting at 10th lvl) I have 20 wis and int so stats arent a problem. Going with human and a dire hawk animal companion / familiar for touch attacks. Gave him fly-by attack and diving charge to make touch attacks (with my spells) without being hit. Im going to be using him as an air born mount as well. Feats so far are...
1; Extended spell (for buffs and what not)
Human; Empower spell.
3) Natural spell. Casting spells in animal form.
6) Blindsight, ignore darkness, invisibility, gave attacks, blindness, blur and all kinds of stuff.
9) Spell penetration; because my caster level will be a bit lower in both divine and arcane I got this to minimize resists.

I can use light armor ignoring spell failure, and ill be in animal form during combat so melee combat will most likely take place for me. So melee touch attack shouldn’t be too hard to pull off, but the thing is I don’t know what arcane spells to take... so many of them seem replicated by divine magic it would be a waste to put them in my spell book. Which arcane spells have no divine counterpart? Im mostly looking for high damage spells, or potent illusion magic. Ill be taking persistent spell at 15 fyi. Thanks!

I'd recommend switching one of your metamagics to quicken, for the almighty quicken Truestrike, quicken shield, quicken haste, etc etc.

Your build isn't legal. Arcane Hierophant requires a +4 BAB to go along with the rest. If you're starting at 10th level, then you can't go wrong with the following:

Wizard 3/Druid 3/Mystic Theurge 2/Arcane Hierophant 2.

Alternate Wizard and Druid levels. After you finish AH, switch back to MT.

Feats should probably look like this (remembering that we can't take Natural Spell until we actually have wild shape):

H) Extend Spell
1) Practiced Spellcaster (Wizard)
3) Practiced Spellcaster (Druid)
6) Natural Bond
9) Empower Spell
12) Natural Spell
15) ???
18) ???

well my Dm goes by BAB% and its only like .25% from a BAB of 4, so drd3 wiz 3 works fine for setting up into Arcane heiro, i just have to give up a few skill points and my DM is fine with it.

But no one responded to my question, what arcane spells should I put in my spell book?

I got the following responce on my thread in the spell and magic forums, anyone have anything to add to it?

These are the spells one of my players is using with her own arcane hierophant.

1ST-LEVEL WIZARD SPELLS
Silent Image, Mage Armor*, Charm Person, Color Spray, Disguise Self, Reduce Person, Alarm, Benign Transposition, Ventriloquism, Magic Aura, Grease, Friendly Face, Unseen Servant, Blood Wind, Ray of Clumsiness, Chill Touch.

2ND-LEVEL WIZARD SPELLS
Minor Image, Invisibility, Mirror Image, Web, Chain of Eyes, Minor Image, False Life*, Wraithstrike, Mindless Rage, Sonic Weapon.

3ND-LEVEL WIZARD SPELLS
Enhance Familiar*, Major Image, Dispel Magic, Invisibility Sphere, Clairaudience/Clairvoyance, Heroism, Tongues, Slow.

4TH-LEVEL WIZARD SPELLS
Black Tentacles, Greater Invisibility, Confusion, Hallucinatory Terrain, Arcane Eye, Wall of Fire, Charm Monster, Defenestrating Sphere, Bright Worms.

*Cast those on the familiar/animal pet.

She took these feats (at 12th level):
Companion Spell Bond (or something like that)
Practiced Spellcaster (Druid and Wizard)
Fell Drain
Natural Spell
Animal Bond

Companion Spell Bond allows her to buff both herself and her familiar with a single spell slot and it extends the range of the share spell ability.

Fell Drain is the wickedness of the build. During tough fights, she casts fell drain chill touch on her familiar. Each hit deals another 1d6 points of damage plus a negative level. Combined with Wraithstrike (extended with metamagic rods), her dog's power attack and haste, the blasted thing is doing nearly 100 points of damage per round.

I'm not sure they're all worth it but she's having fun with her spells and she's far from redicioulous compared to others in the party.
