Any race you want, really (though not being able to take able learner makes this a REALLY costly build in terms of skills...) Also, I just noticed you COULD do bard 1/druid 4/green whisperer 4/arcane hierophant 1/sublime chord 1/arcane hierophant 9 and you'd do better on wildshape & druid spells and still be legal. Some other feats that seem like they'd be particularly good: Coordinated Strike (Also From Races of the Wild) Mobile Spellcaster (Complete Adventurer)

I think you need another effective bard level in there to get 3rd-level spells to qualify for sublime chord.

Rara Avis 03-01-05, 04:21 PM	Saw this build and just loved it. AH is the best and adding sublime is just crazy; however, is there a way you can modify it that you can use a another PrC or class that is not in a Dragon Magazine. My DM doesn't allow them, only official Wotc material. Thanks.

It would probably be more effective with a companion familiar like one finds in a standard arcane hierophant build (druid7/wizard 3/arcane hierophant 10) but I thought it would be worth mentioning.
