Arcane spells for a Divine caster? [Archive] - Wizards Community

12-11-06, 12:00 PM I'm currently working on a Favoured Soul build, and would really like to be able to somehow get Giant Size (Wu Jen) onto my list of spells known. I know that you can use the variant FS in Dragon Magic to get a Sorcerer spell, but I can't think of a way of getting this particular spell.

Anyone know of a way it can be done?

I think it should be inherent to being that big. You grow, so do your muscles.

It's called balance. As it is, Enlarge Person is already nearly better than Bull's Strength, depending on which weapons you wield. Afterall, if you are using something as mundane as a morningstar, your damage goes up by 3.5 a hit and you gain 10' reach with a -2 penalty to AC, compared to a simple +2 to attack and damage rolls given by Bull's Strength.
