Hey everyone, this is my first attempt at a post so please be a bit gentle :)

I have a sublime chord/fochlucan lyrist (druid3/bard2/divine oracle2/arcane heirophant2/SC1/FL1) at 12th, and I am feeling constricted by the number of spells I can take.

Now, I know that there are a couple of 'which spell' threads, but I've only found ones for straight arcanists and gish.

So bearing in mind I have bardic stuff, druidic stuff and limited 1-3 level spells, what do people suggest that I take for my precious sublime chord spell slots? Mainly interested in 4-6, but all advice is welcome.

The grittier details. Due the wonders of divine oracle and some netbook of feats cheese (in my defense the DM specifically allowed us to use NBOF feats before I even came up with the character) I have the oracle domain and the time domain as known spells already. They are as follows

Time Domain Spells Oracle Domain Spells
True Strike Identify
Gentle Repose Augury
Haste Divination
Freedom of Movement Scrying
Permancy Commune
Contingency Legend Lore
Moment of Prescience Greater Scrying
Foresight Discern Location
Time Stop Foresight

I can use these books
Dungeon Master's Guide 3.5
Player Handbook 3.5
Arms and Equipment Guide
Book of Exalted Deeds, Book of Vile Darkness
Tome and Blood, Sword and Fist, Masters of the Wild, Defenders of the Faith, Song and Silence
Complete Adventurer, Complete Arcane, Complete Divine, Complete Warrior
Draconomicon
Dieties and Demigods
Epic Level Handbook (Yes, will be used... eventually)
Expanded Psionics Handbook
Manual of the Planes, Planar Handbook
Oriental Adventures (the "oriental" area is far east of here, so a character would need explainations)
Savage Species
Stronghold Builder's Guidebook
Hero Builder's Guidebook
Netbook of Feats
Unearthed Arcana (with DM consulting)
Races of Destiny
Races of Stone
Races of the Wild
Magic of Incarnum
Magic of Faerun
Monster Manual I, II and III
Fiend Folio
Eberron Core
Libris Mortis
PHB2

I'm already pretty much sold on celerity, teleport and greater dispel, and I really like unluck and channeled pyroburst.

The party I'm in is a loose alliance of very eeevil (with 3 e's) people, mainly spellcasters. It is an alliance of convenience, so I can't afford to be too specialised and rely on them to cover my weaknesses. Happy party buffs, not so appropriate, make me harder to kill stuff, very good.

I think that covers it. Cheers.

EDIT I knew I forgot something. Please explain what it is you like about these spells. Limited slots means the spells need to stand out ;)

Got Any Grapes?

A ducks walks into a bar and asks, "Got any grapes?"
The bartender, confused, tells the ducks that no, his bar doesn't serve grapes. The duck thanks him and leaves.

The next day, the duck returns and says, "Got any grapes?"

Again, the bartender tells him that, no, the bar does not serve grapes, has never served grapes, and, furthermore, will never serve grapes. The duck, a little ruffled, thanks him and leaves.

The next day, the duck returns, but before he can say anything, the bartender begins to yell: ''Listen, duck! This is a bar! We do not serve grapes! If you ever ask for grapes again, I will nail your stupid duck beak to the bar!''

The duck is silent for a moment, and then asks, ''Got any nails?''

Confused, the bartender says no.

''Good!'' says the duck. ''Got any grapes?''
