I figure I will want Weapon Finesse so that means a Light weapon or Rapier, Or i can go with a One-handed weapon and wield it 2 handed when i do not need the AC. I like the Rapier except that it is piercing, think i could Finesse a Scimitar if i put the Rapier's restrictions on it? |

A scimitar is a rapier, except it is non-finessable and slashing. Of course, spikes on the buckler works too. |

They're common enough that you may find magical ones, it's slashing so you can use it on plants and zombies (or anything else with DR X/slashing), it can be used to cut yourself out of a creature's belly if you get swallowed, it's small enough to use in a grapple, and you can throw it in a pinch. Not a single one of the other weapons suggested can do all of that. Oh, and it can also chop wood in a pinch. |
