ksbsnowowl 12-11-03, 01:04 PM	The PrC you are looking for is the Peerless Archer found in the Forgotten Realms accessory 'Silver Marches.' The threaten ability is gained at 8th level of the PrC; the earliest character level it can be gained at it 15th.
