In Savage Speices there is a template Incarnate Construct.
As i understand 1 of the most popular variants is a Maug Incarnate. Any other variants?

If you're talking about using an incarnate construct as a player race, the problem is that most constructs do not list a Level Adjustment (the Maug is an exception). So you'll have to get your DM to make one up and whether the result is good or bad will depend on the LA she assigns to it.

I thought Nimblewrights weren't actually constructs, but air elementals bound to a shell?

They're construct-type, thats all that matters around here.

They do in the MM2 errata. The only problem is that the incarnate construct template gets rid of all Special Attacks and Qualities, which make up the coolness of the nimblewright.

I believe the worst I've ever seen this used on was warforged. You become a 'humanoid' with no statistics and -2 level adjustment.

The problem is the "(Min 0)" part of incarnate construct. Depending on the read, you may need to apply a template to Warforged to boost the LA first to get any benefit.

Now this might be interesting. +0 LA with some nice stats...
Will look into it. Although it might not work as intended.

More reasonable might be an incarnate construct warforged charger (4 HD, +2 LA), although that's probably not any better than an ogre.

An incarnate construct saint warforged - break what is already broken
