Ok. I am currently playing an arena gestalt game. Essentially after every fight we level up, and the next day we are healed, have all our spells back, etc etc. We also get to have the starting gold for each level as if we were that level. For example, at level 5 we had a total of 9000 gp. We are level 7 now, and we have a total of 19,000 gp.

I am currently playing a spellsword. And yes, the dm allowed it as is, including the starting requirements. Meaning I got into it at 5th level, not 7th. Anyway, I am thinking about re-building, as I found out he will not allow arcane strike. I may stick with it, because I am more and more becoming a tactical battleshaper and nuke. However, here is my considered rebuild for 10th level.

Whisper Gnome
Swashbuckler3/Fighter2/BladeBravo5//
Wizard 10

Str: 12 (14 -2)
Dex: 20 (18+2)
Con: 20 (16 + 2 + 2toad familiar, 3.0 allowed rule)
Int: 19 (18 + 1lvl)
Wis: 16
Cha: 12 (14-2)

Feats:
1: Weapon finesse
1: Collegiate Wizard
1: Scribe scroll
3: Dodge
4: Titan Fighting
5: Two-weapon fighting
5: Wizard bonus
6: Improved two-weapon fighting
8: Underfoot combat
9: Confound the big folk
10: Wizard bonus

At 10th level, I get a +4 dodge bonus to any creature that I declare dodge on. I also get a +1 dodge bonus if I move 5 feet, and a +2 dodge bonus per size category. Since I will have permanencied Reduce person, that means medium opponents automatically grant me a +4 bonus to AC. Don't forget the +2 for being tiny as well.

Potentially, fighting a medium creature would get me a +9 dodge bonus to AC, as well as the +2 for being tiny. And I still move at 30 feet. That is an unarmored AC of 26, and its all touch AC. Also, if I fight defensively, there is a 50% chance that creatures other than the one whom I am underneath will hit their ally. I think this is a pretty good arena build. I intend on purchasing a +2 twilight mithril chain shirt, so no arcane spell failure, and an additional +5 to ac.

Also, the wizard stuff gets me crowd control, improved invis etc, and more. If I choose a spell-storing weapon, I can dish out big damage by channeling spells into the creature whom I'm fighting. I will probably fight with a short sword and kukri, which will obviously shrink to a dagger and 1d2 kukri when I become tiny.

Does anyone have ideas on the wizard feats to take? Any major disadvantages to this build? Anything I'm *really* missing (yes I know to get combat expertise and improved trip, but I cant afford it quite yet).

Credit goes to LogicNinja for the blade bravo goodness.

I was just wondering, would a

swashbuckler3/monk3/bladebravo4 work better? This nets you int to damage and AC, which to me could be better than using armor. i think armor nets you more ac, but its a decent combo

I had thought about it, but essentially the group needs a battlefield controller. I intended on throwing around walls, greases, darkness, etc to get the enemy spread out, so that our tanks, clerics, warlocks could dust em. Essentially, I control the pace of combat, while the group takes on the puds.
