| tiejaz02-11-07, 09:11 PM | I am creating a sixth level Warforged Artificer, with the Races of Eberron substitution levels. (I haven't decided which ones yet, but the item familiar is my priority) My question is, how do I treat the XP pool? Do I just get my level, and ignore all previous XP? Do i get to figure out what I would have made, and have that? Could someone please explain it to me? |

Though this does assume that you haven't used any resources before getting to 6th level, but so does the starting wealth of characters, so I can't see why your DM would want to penalize you like that. Unless he/she does that for fun, I guess. |
