09-26-06, 09:15 PM Looking at a lot of build compendiums has aroused a question within me. A wand-blastificer using Metamagic Trigger has to use extra charges to apply metamagic- but I see some builds having Twin Spell applied with 'only one charge being used'

Is there anyone out there who can clarify how to optimize in this fashion?

09-26-06, 10:51 PM No. This was established in errata, and prevents the "Wand of Power Surge" infinite power loop.

09-27-06, 12:04 AM You can use though the 11th level ability of artificer, metamagic spell completion to apply metamagic to spell completion items such as scrolls.
