sagistar 08-08-06, 12:46 PM	hey there just wondering if an artificer can benefit from the Practiced spellcaster feat. its for spellcasting classes, but the first part of artificer says it doesnt cast spells. aka not a spellcaster but what classification does artificer fall under? some help would be appreciated thanx
Liachami 08-08-06, 01:12 PM	Artificers are supposed to be alchemists and crafters, are the not? Sorta the fantasy scientist. They use science to accomplish what mages use magic for. So it's a little different, the way they make a device. Instead of enchanting it, they rig it up with all kinds of doodads and lenses and gloop that bloops through hoses and the like. I don't quite see how they could use Practiced Spellcaster, honestly. After looking at the class, it doesn't seem like it would up your known Artificer Abilities, which function like spells, but are not spells in themselves.
rilem 08-08-06, 01:22 PM	They fall under the "non-spellcaster" classification. They don't cast spells, so they can't benefit from the Practiced Spellcaster feat.
