trying to figure out those most attacks one could get per round at 20th level without a temporal stasis type of spell. so here's the idea:
Ignore the XP penalties that this would incur(although it is alot)
Race shifter: longtooth

1 Fighter Weapon Finesse, shifter ferocity
2 Fighter TWF
3 Fighter Healing Factor
4 Fighter Weapon Focus
5 Fighter
6 Fighter I-TWF Extra shifter Trait (Razorclaw)
7 Monk Flurry
8 Monk
9 Monk Shifter Multiattack
10 Monk
11 Monk
12 Monk Combat Expertise
13 Monk
14 Monk
15 Monk G-TWF
16 Monk
17 Monk G-Flurry
18 Kensai Shifter Defense
19 Kensai
20 Kensai (Speed)

So my BAB is:
16/11/6/1
With Greater Flurry, it becomes:
16/16/16/11/6/1
With TWF on that, it becomes:
14/14/14/14/9/9/4/4/-1
With speed on 2 feet (would do fists, but i got claws):
14/14/14/14/14/14/9/9/4/4/-1
And with my secondary shifter weapons, it becomes:
14/14/14/14/14/14/12/12/9/9/4/4/-1

yes, that is 13 attacks per round.

Is this accurate? or did i miss something?

also, to avoid the XP drop from multiclassing, i was debating the ranger, but then i'd miss out on the weapon finesse and weapon focus, which, while they don't enhance the number of attacks, they definately help those attacks.
so is this the most? can you get more? how?

Do you want to be able to do it every round? If not, something involving Dervish could probably top it once per day, although I haven't done the math.

isn't there a thread out there with a thri-keen dervish or some such thing. . .let's see

thri-keen can get 4 attacks with their main hand and 3 with the off hands. . .so a thri-keen monk with an necklace of natural weapons with the speed enhancement would get. . .17. . .18 with flurry. . .so a fighter/monk/dervish could get 36
