08-05-06, 12:29 PM Okay suppose I have 20 levels in monk, 2 in githzerai and 1 in rogue.
I advance to rogue 5 and gain a special ability. Since I have improved evasion already (and someone cast axiomatic creature on me so I cant be flanked) so i think i'd take a bonus feat.
Since I have more than 21 hit dice, can I opt for an epic feat as my bonus feat?

08-05-06, 12:51 PM If the bonus feat is "any feat you qualify for" instead of any feat from a specific list (normally you don't get a bonus feat for gaining improved evasion a 2nd time) then yes, you should be able to pick an epic feat. The ELH gives examples of this kind of situation under multi-classing I think, using fighter as an example.
