Im just starting a game, I wanted to create a oddball Assasen/Thief character this character is starting with 5k GP and 10,000xp Rolled stats were 12,13,15,15,15,15

str 12
dex 17
con 13
int 15
wis 13
cha 15

Elf
Spellthief 2/wizard 1/FoP 1 (starting character)
continued build
FoP 2-6/Rogue 11

Feat 1 is otherworldly(PGtF)

Im trading 2688 XP to claim that Iv crafted and sold enough scrolls to purchase the Savage species ritual of alignment.

I realy like the special Abilitys of the FoP and think they would make a cool rogue (why pick the doors lock when you can just pass though it, and at later levels, make the guard steal the gold(or just make the gold walk off on its own))

Any ideas on how to make this better? Also, any ideas on good starting equipment with 5k gold?

Personally if you were wanting to make a thief character i wouldn't make it have any wizard parts, I would take a changeling rogue and imitate the king while he's away and simply take what i want. I believe theres a prestige class that is called master of all forms, or something similar to that which lets you almost literally become a person with practice. But thats just me.

By the way, its assassin.

Question: does Trandemential spell allow you to attack from the etherreal plane to the material plane? If so it might be fun to go

Spellthief 2/wizard 1/FoP 6/ spellthief 3/ arcane trickster 8

im trying to come up with different ways to set up sneak attack as well as a bag of magical tricks for thoes times when SA dosent apply. I like the FoP controll because its not mind affecting so it gets past the imunitys that a lot things have(Undead, Oozes, plants, constructs ect)
