OKay so I have recently begun a game where I am going for Master Thrower. Anyone have any thoughts on how I should build this guy up to that point? I'd like to go Rogue/Fighter until I qualify for the PC. I picked human as my race. Elves were not allowed and I detest halflings. ANy help is appreciated. I am trying to make this guy as bada$$ as possible.

IMHO if you want to be "Bada$$" be a halfling.

1 Halfling Paragon 1 point blank shot
2 Halfling Paragon 2
3 Halflinf Paragon 3 exotic weapon shuriken
4 Halfling paragon 3/ fighter 1: Precise shot
5 Halfling paragon 3/ fighter 2: point blank shot
6 Halfling paragon 3/ fighter 3 : Weapon F Shuriken
7 Halfling paragon 3/ fighter 3/ Master Thrower 1
9 Halfling paragon 3/ fighter 3/ Master Thrower 2: Weapon special Shuriken
10 Halfling paragon 3/ fighter 3/ Master Thrower 3
11 Halfling paragon 3/ fighter 3/ Master Thrower 4
12 Halfling paragon 3/ fighter 3/ Master Thrower 5: Two Weapon Fighting

Remember to Palm throw shuriken so you can throw 2.

Call me crazy, but here is an idea I really like: Make a Fighter/Psychic warrior/Warmind, and get the Claws of the Beast powers, as well as the power (I think from Races of Destiny or The Wild) which acts as super-Returning on a thrown weapon. Go into Kensai, and get the Throwing enhancement on your claws. Then Master Thrower.

Now have fun throwing your claws around like crazy. Add in the occasional Power-storing dagger when you feel like it.

you need four levels of fighter to get specialization. Unless you're going into exotic weaponsmaster for something, darts would probably do you better, you could spend the feat on something important, like say far shot. I'd suggest three levels of swashbuckler for int to damage at some point as well, assuming you're not a stupid halfling... And as the paragon class insinuates that most halflings favor intelligence a bit, that's a pretty safe bet. +2 damage from weapon specilization, the plus from paragon, and the plus from swashbuckler makes palm throw sound awesome, but let's think about it for a moment. One to use it you won't need any kind of strength so we're looking at a 10 strength, two weapon fighting tree and you can throw a whole lot of darts, still seems kind of piddly to me. But with a few more tricks up your sleeve, such as the ranged trip, possibly even taking combat expertise and improved trip to add to the benefits of it, and being able to make touch attacks at the last level of the class... slinging a lot of darts for a lot of piddly damage, attempting to trip twice with each throw thanks to palm trick, possibly targeting multiple people for this... nice little control niche, you're never going to do top scale damage, but if you've got a tank with you, the second you trip someone they're going to get pounded pretty good. So yeah, halfling paragon class sounds good for this.

Edit: The halfling paragon/thrower above has point blank shot listed twice
