Kinda new to this, so I'll just lay this down:

Scout 5 - +2d6 skirmish
War Mind 5 - Sweeping Attack
Tempest 5 - Dual Strike Spring Attack
(At level 12, pick up Two-Weapon Rend and level 15 Bounding Assault (up two opponents on a Spring Attack)

If I get this right, when you Spring attack with two +1 Collision Scimitars (to keep math easy), and a 22 STR you have:

Two opponents you hit 3 times each--

Twice with primary (once at -5 to hit) for:
1d6+2d6 (Skirmish)+6 (STR)+5 (Collison).

Once with off-hand for:
1d6+2d6 (Skirmish)+3 (1/2 STR)+5 (Collison)+ 1d6+9 (Two Weapon Rend).

Yielding two opponents hit for a total of:
10d6+45 each or 20d6+90 together for an average attack of 160 points (110 minimum, 210 max).

Now, this build does great in combat, and has a decent number of skills, but the Will save is atrotious (+3 at level 15).

Beyond this, what are your thoughts on this build, and how would you optimize to mainly work out the weaknesses that this presents.

Thank you for any assistance you can give here.

You can't use Sweeping Strike if you move more than 10 feet, and you can only do Skirmish damage if you move at least 10 feet (I think). So, if you move exactly 10 feet, this could work. Otherwise, it won't.

I didn't recall reading that stipulation for Sweeping Strike in the XPH, I'll have to re-read that section.

If, for some reason, that were not a hinderance, any other thoughts on the build? How to make it better, minimize weaknesses, etc.?

Phaedrus is correct on the Sweeping Strike limit; you're basically stuck with moving exactly 10 ft./round to make this work.

Your will save is quite bad — but it shouldn't be atrocious, as you ought to invest in Wisdom for your War Mind abilities.

War Mind requires Know (Psi) 8 -- I assume you're taking Educated feat to get this? I'd probably go another way (a dip into a class like PsyWar or Ardent, for example).

Aye, Educated at Level 1, and make use of the 8 skills the Scout has to pump this up however high it needs to go.

Bites about the 10ft thing with Sweeping Attack. I'll have to retool this.

Thanks for the input.
