Does anyone have any tips for boosting your attack bonus? I was looking at playing a warblade, and some of their skills would work much better (Avalanche of Blades, for example) with a much higher attack bonus. Equipment shouldn't be a major problem, but in the process, I need to get as many other bonus' as I can. Weapon focus, greater weapon focus, etc... are all good, but I am trying to boost it past the +37 (20 bab, 5 weapon enhancement, 10 str, 2 weapon focus). If anyone has any tips to get it higher, I would love to hear them. I will be playing a human. Could wishes work?

Melee/Ranged Weapon Mastery is a way to get an additional +2 that stacks with Focus.

Any number of spells that give insight, luck, or morale bonuses.

Past what you've got, I think you'll be relying on your party to buff you. Other than that, flanking or charging is always nice.

Incarnum could give you+4 with a couple feats. Using the law soul meld after taking open soulmeld or something.

Is there any way to get true strike cast on you permanently with a wish, or does anyone know of another spell like it that gives you multiple attacks before your bonus goes? How about any feats or spells or weapon abilities that give you bonus' based on how ofter you hit (Like a +1 every time you hit spell or ability)?

I've been trying to figure out the different ways to boost your attack roll.
There's the basic three:
Bases Attack Bonus
Strength(or dex for ranged / finesse)
Weapon Enchantment Bonus

Then there's various tactics that you can use:
Charge
Flanking
Aid Another(or in this case, another aiding you)
Attacking from higher ground

And any number of spells or abilities, the majority of which boost one of the basic three above.
Righteous Might - +8 size bonus to strength - 1 rnd/lvl - PHB / SRD
Divine Power - Base Attack Bonus equal to Character Level, +6 enhancement bonus to Str - 1 rnd/lvl - PHB / SRD
Bull's Strength - +4 enhancement bonus to Str - 1 min/lvl - PHB / SRD
Cat's Grace - +4 enhancement bonus to Dex- 1 min/lvl - PHB / SRD
Magic Weapon - Weapon gains +1 enhancement bonus to attack - 1 min/lvl - PHB / SRD
etc...

On top of those we have ones that give bonuses to attack rolls directly
True Strike - +20 insight bonus to next attack roll provided it occurs within 1 round - PHB / SRD
Precognition, Offensive - +1 insight bonus to attack roll. Additional +1 per 3 power points spent - PSI / SRD
Divine Favor - +1 luck bonus to attack roll / 3 lvls (min +1, max +6) - 1 min - PHB / SRD

And some feats that either add more tactics that can be used, or that increase your attack roll in certain situations
Weapon Focus - +1 attack roll with chosen weapon - PHB / SRD
Reckless Offense - +2 attack for -4 AC - PSI / SRD
Reckless Charge - +4 attack -4 AC on charge - Mini
Weapon Finesse - Add dex mod to attacks with light weapons rather then str mod - PHB / SRD
Intuitive attack - Add wis mod rather then Str / Dex to attack rolls with simple / natural weapons - BoED
Arcane Strike - By giving up one of your daily spell slots or spells as a free action you gain an attack bonus for 1 round equal to the level of the spell plus extra damage equal to d4 per spell level. - CW

Of course many spells can be made into magical gear to provide use-activate / continuous effects.
Belt of Giant's Strength - +4 or +6 enhancement bonus to Str - 16,000 or 36,000 - DMG/ SRD
Bracers of True Strike (If you bribe your DM enough) - +20 insight bonus on all attack rolls - Unknown cost - Custom Item

And finally(?) there's some special racial / class abilities that can help
No Thought - Add Wis mod to Attack and Damage - Shiba Protector - OA
Rage - +4 Str, +4 Con, +2 will saves, -2 AC - 3+(Con) rounds - Barbarian - PHB / SRD
Bardic Music - Inspire Courage - +1 moral bonus (+1 / 6 lvls) - PHB / SRD
Bardic Busic - Inspire Greatness - +2 competence bonus to attack rolls - PHB / SRD

the spell Sadism...gives +1 luck bonus per 10 points of Damage inflicted, bonus to Attack rolls,Skill rolls, Saves

the spell Masochism....gives +1 luck bonus per 10 points of Damage recieved, bonus to Attack rolls,Skill rolls, Saves
how about this:

Size bonus...when you get smaller you gain bonuses to hit....notice

Compression
Psychometabolism
Level: Psychic warrior 1
Display: Olfactory
Manifesting Time: 1 standard action
Range: Personal
Target: You
Duration: 1 round/level (D)
Power Points: 1

This power causes instant diminution, halving your height, length, and width and dividing your weight by 8. This decrease changes your size category to the next smaller one. You gain a +2 size bonus to Dexterity, a -2 size penalty to Strength (to a minimum effective Strength score of 1), a +1 size bonus on attack rolls, and a +1 size bonus to Armor Class due to your reduced size. If your new size is Tiny, you have a space of 2 1/2 feet and a natural reach of 0 feet (meaning that you must enter an opponent’s square to attack). If your new size is Diminutive, you have a space of 1 foot and a natural reach of 0 feet. This power doesn’t change your speed.

All your equipment, worn or carried, is similarly reduced by the power. Melee and projectile weapons deal less damage. Other psionic or magical properties are not affected by this power. Any affected item that leaves your possession (including a projectile or thrown weapon) instantly returns to its normal size. This means that thrown weapons deal their normal damage (projectiles deal damage based on the size of the weapon that fired them). Multiple effects that reduce size do not stack, which means (among other things) that you can’t use a second manifestation of this power to further reduce yourself.

Augment: You can augment this power in one or more of the following ways.

1. If you spend 6 additional power points, this power decreases your size by two size categories. You gain a +4 size bonus to Dexterity, a -4 size penalty to Strength (to a minimum effective Strength score of 1), a +2 size bonus on attack rolls, and a +2 size bonus to Armor Class due to your reduced size.

2. If you spend 6 additional power points, you can manifest this power as a swift action instead of a standard action.

3. If you spend 2 additional power points, this power’s duration is 1 minute per level rather than 1 round per level

also there are other items:

Skin of the Hero: This psychoactive skin continually grants the wearer a +3 deflection bonus to Armor Class, a +3 resistance bonus on all saving throws, and a +3 enhancement bonus on attack rolls.
Strong psychometabolism; ML 18th; Craft Universal Item, bend reality; Price 77,500 gp; Weight 2 lb.

as for stacking........different types of bonuses stack, same types overlap..........Skin of the Hero is handy when you are using natural weapons(usually when Polymorphed into a different form)
