Is Augment Healing any good for a Cleric once they get past about level 10?

If you want to be as effecient at healing as possible, yes. It adds hp to all your mainstay healing spells, and on things like Mass Cure Lt, the +10 hp to everyone adds up to be a noticable increase. Depending on your build there may be more effective feats to take but this one is certainly not a waste.

You want a Cleric with the Domain: Plant and the feats Augment Healing and Magic of the Land.

This combination really maximized your healing potential, as just one 5th level spell (CLW: Mass) cures everyone in your party for a total of d8+30 hit points, significant healing!
More importantly this makes your low level healing spells much more effective, since Cure Minor Wounds (normally 1 point of healing) heals 5, and your other cure spells heals an additional +4 per spell level (CLW= +4, CMW= +8, CSW= +12, and CCW= +16).
