Da Dinictus 10-29-05, 09:30 AM	Get yourself your Skillfull weapons, at only a +2 bonus! Still requires that +1, but is otherwise excellent. Introduced in Complete Arcane, if I'm not mistaken, originally for those uppity wizards that want to enter melee.
Caelic 10-29-05, 11:35 AM	Magic of Incarnum is also very good for boosting Warhulks. Who cares if your BAB is low if you've had the ability to make four attacks per round since level 2? ;)

They are measured in Effective Character Level (ECL) which is racial hit dice + level adjustment + class levels. A straight minotaur with no class levels is an ECL 8 character.
