AC:
Armor vs No Armor - Able to obtain WIS to AC without armor, or within light armor, but no shield.

Shield vs No Shield - Without a shield able to obtain Wis to armor.

So its basicly Shield + Armor vs Wisdom + light armor... Which does everyone think will add more? Stat allocation can be whatever, havnt decided yet.. hence why im here.

Then also Damage/+Hit

I know plenty of waits to get a certain stat to damage, but I am kinda torn between TWF vs THW... Anyway I try to think about it, TWF seems to have a distinct advantage, with only a slight pen. for TWF you have alot more damage, rather then THW you take a big hit with PA, any only real way to negate that would be Shock trooper, but I dont want a charger.

Trying to think of a build for my upcoming game that can be a do-it-all kinda fighter. High damage capabilities, high damage taken capabilities, and looks good to boot ;). Its a level 21 mod but I think i'll be taking a race that will push me down to 18-20, dunno yet.

Give him a decent Cha and he'll "look good" in more ways than one (and get Cha to Will saves and smites).

If you want to play a character which has Wis as a main attribute (Monk, Cleric, Druid, ...) or has to be quick on feet (no ACP, low Str, max. possible Movement Speed) I'd go with the "Wis to AC".
If you're an exalted cleric I would NEVER ever choose another source of AC, just because of (Greater) Luminous Armor [(+8) +5 armor AC, Daylight, attacker in melee gets -4 on attack rolls, 1hour/level] combined with Magic Vestment (+1 to 5 enhancement AC) and Monk's Belt (Wis to AC, +1 monk AC) ...

Otherwise I would stick with an ordinary armor, because it is easy to obtain (+1 Fullplate and +1 Heavy Steel Shield costs only 2xxx gp and already gives 12 AC) and you can enchant it with nice effects too. (e.g. Fortification, Soulfire, ... enchantments)

And, of course, don't forget to use those cheap +1 AC items like:

Amulet of Natural Armor +1, 2000gp
Ring of Protection +1, 2000gp
Whatever of Insight AC +1, 2500gp*
Whatever of Moral AC +1, 2500gp*
Whatever of Sacred/Profane AC +1, 2500gp*

* with the item creation rules from the DMG. (p282 or so)

You can get them very cheap and they all stack. (Disadvantage though is that if someone casts a low AC spell you won't get much from it AND most slots will be used)
