I guess this would be the best place to ask this since youre good at how powerful things are and how they are abused. I'm giving permanent boosts to the party and I want them to be more or less equal.

Bersker gets powerfull build ability (could be size to large but I think that might be a bit to much)

Druid gets more wildshape per day

Cleric gets more turning attempts (divine metamagic build and anti undead build)

Psychic warrior/feat monkey gets power points, not sure how many, perhaps 5?

Sorceror/chaos mage gets some plus to spell penetration, not completely sure about anything else or such. I want it to be something useful.

They will be lvl 9 when getting this stuff and it will be a significant part of their loot.

Any ideas?

Berserker - Shafted. Powerful build sucks, and large ain't much better. The Sorc can cast enlarge if he feels like it.
Druid - Already has enough uses, and is powerful enough
Cleric - zOMFG good
PsyWar - 5? Pfffft. Maybe 1/lvl (or HD or ML)? PsyWar are pretty PP starved.
Sorc - Could be handy, depending on how smart the player is with feats (I would have taken Arcane Mastery and Assay SR (probably)). How 'bout a few new learned spells for free?

I wouldn't say being large sucks for the Berserker. It opens the door to Warhulk and if it comes without a level adjustment is a nice boost to his damage, from the + to strength. If it still comes up lacking, throw in some natural armor to make up the difference, or extra uses of Rage/Frenzy per day.

I've never been a fan of Warhulk, as it sacrifices BAB in place of Str. BAB that can be swapped out with Power attack for 2:1, as opposed to 1.5:1 that the Warhulk's strength gets you. If you want it for the class features, more power to ya, but I like Warmind 5 for Sweeping strike.

Edit: I think more DR or NA would be a good option for the bruiser, depending on his preference. DR for a high hp low AC type, NA for an AC focused meat shield.

Berserker: If the character won't ever receive the Greater Rage ability from levels, I'd suggest granting her that ability.

Druid: Druids don't really need anything more, but the player will feel shafted, I'm sure, if she doesn't get anything. I'd suggest taking a look at the [Wild] feats from CD and granting one of those as a bonus feat.

Cleric: Perhaps granting the Greater Turning ability (if she doesn't already have it) would be more balanced than more turn attempts. Depends on how many more you were planning on.

Sor: Definitely more spells known.

Psywar: More PP sounds like a great boon. I like GaffeR's suggestion of 1/HD or ML.

If you as a dm are allowing warhulk into your game you have thrown balance completely out the window already.

I would give the Psywar more pp but 5 is too little. Psywars are pretty pp starved. I'd go closer to 15. Maybe as high as 2 per hd.

Berserker I'd just give a stat bonus to strength or con.

Sorcerer I'd give bonus spells known.

For a cleric extra turn attempts are great.

I'm not sure what I'd give the druid but extra uses of wild shape is too little. Maybe the natural spell feat for free if he is a wildshaping focused druid.
