My personal favorite looks something like

Barb 4/Rng 2/Ftr 2/Deepwarden 2/Champion of Gwyn 10/Exotic Weapon Master 2

While I think it's a good build, it's certainly not a standard by any means.

Also it requires you to be an exalted chaotic good dwarf and that may not work for you. There are lots of ways to tweak that build too.

Something that uses Frenzied Berserker.

Half-orc double axe wielder

1-ranger1-ewp orc double axe
2-ranger2-two weapon fighting
3-half orc paragon1-power attack (for those times you can't do a full attack)
4-half orc paragon2
5-half orc paragon3
6-barbarian1-weapon focus orc double axe
7-exoticweaponmaster1-flurry
8-ranger3
9-ranger4-improved critical orc double axe
10-ranger5
11-ranger6-improved twf
12-orcparagon1-cleave
13-orcparagon2
14-orcparagon3
15-ranger7-extrarage
16-ranger8
17-ranger9
18-ranger10-improved toughness
19-ranger11-greater twf
20-barbarian2

Up to 10 attacks a turn easily (4 from BAB, 3 from twf, 1 from flurry, 1 from haste, 1 from cleave)

Just pulling something off the top of my head, Barbarian 4/Half-Orc Paragon 3/Bear Warrior 10/Warshaper 3 sounds like it might be nasty...

You could also drop a couple of levels of Bear Warrior for the last two levels of Warshaper, if you don't mind missing out on dire bear.

Wow frenzied berserkers are completely for power gamers, i remember when i was a noob at dnd i loved being super powerful but now i realize that power gaming is really bad it takes away the fun of playing so i stricktly use the core rulebooks to provide a fun and not super powerful but not super weak character with a backround and a a concept and not to be a power gamer so u should use core rule books to finish you're character.

Besides the Frenzied Berserker, I like Bar 4 Rogue 3 en route to blade dancer. Nothing like getting your full attack on with a 10' step. It's kind of like Conan, going from a wild man to being "educated in the art of war in the east".

My favorite barbarian prestige class is the Runescarred Berzerker. I think in the hands of an intelligent player, it can be more powerful than a Frenzied Berzerker. There's nothing like a barbarian who can cast Antimagic Field on himself. :D

I'm a big fan of the runescarred berserker from UE, and champion of gwyn is also nice. barb 10 / champion of gwyn 10 works just fine
