05-26-04, 12:14 PM Need some suggestion on prestige classes people might know for this combo wanting to get least lvl 5 spells for righteous might and rage abilities, kind of a really fanatical priest that just goes nuts in combat. I was looking at 1 sor/9cleric/10 barbarian but if there are any prestige ones that will help blend that possibly get me more spells would be great! thanks

05-26-04, 12:32 PM The closest is probaly champion of Gwyhnarf (something like that) from the BOED. It has its own spell list though & i dont have my BOED with me aswell as advancing rage abilities. The beserker from faiths & pantheons is another holy (well, its in a book about gods) rager. It has its own rage type & can wildshape sort of, there the only 2 holy ragers i know.

However a good way to get a zealous divine rager is half orc.
Half orc paragon 3/paladin 7/ fist of raziel 10. Orc paragon gets you rage once a day, this can be increased with extra rage etc, & can become +6 str & con through a furious weapon.

05-26-04, 12:36 PM Why Sorceror? It costs you Bbn11, which gets you greater rage, and gives you almost nothing.

You've got a couple options. Barbarian1/Cleric19 with Strength and Destruction domains is an easy one. Just take Extra Rage feats as needed. Also consider the Tireless feat from Player's Guide to Faerun.

Another possibility: Barbarian1/Cleric9/Champion of Gwynharwyf10. Gets you Greater rage, 5th level cleric spells and 4th level CoG spells, which you can cast while raging. Also Divine Grace, Smite Evil, and neat stuff like that. CoG is from Book of Exalted Deeds.

Finally: Barbarian7/Cleric3/RunescarredBerserker10. This gets Righteous Might later than the others (R.B., from Unapproachable East, can eventually cast stuff like Righteous Might and Antimagic Field). Cleric levels are really for flavor, but also give domains and healing at the cost of +1 BAB.
