Blodbad 07-10-04, 08:16 AM	Hi Which feats would be a good choice for my barb2/fighter4/fb? Currently I am at level 2 with Power attack and Intimidating rage, but my futuristic possibilities isnt all that great, cuz my DM has allready banned Combat Brute... I belive I take extra rage and cleave at 3rd level, but after that, would shock trooper work nice, even without combat brute? Any other feats which I should consider worth taking?
samoosa691 07-10-04, 11:27 AM	i'd suggest taking riteous wrath from the book of exaulted deeds, it negates the attacking of your allies when you have no one to attack... cleave, great cleave, dodge, mobility spring attack chain. Those are all good feats as well. Then there's weapon focus nets you +1 to attack can help in your power attack scenerio. If you have the four levels of fighter then definately take weapon spec, nets you an extra two damage on your chosen weapon.
CompleteSatori 07-10-04, 01:13 PM	First of all, don't take Dodge/Mobility/Spring Attack, as your strength as an FB in melee is being an in your face powerhouse. If you build your character correctly, the enemies should be running from you after 2 rounds, not the other way 'round. Don't take 4 levels of Fighter, better to take 4 of Barbarian for better skill points and Uncanny Dodge, than just gaining one feat, and overstacking your Fortitude save at the expense of your Will and Reflex saves. A good feat progression and weapon choice outside of Combat Brute- 1- EWP: Chain (Not spiked chain, chain does d6 instead of d4) 1- Power Attack 3- Combat Reflexes 5- Destructive Rage 6- Cleave 6- Intimidating Rage 9- Extra Rage 12- The feat in MiniHB that lets you take a 5' step when you AoO 15- 18-
