Hello. I'm wanting to make a character of bard type flavor but having a bit more offensive power using sonic attacks. One idea I found on another board was going bard/hexblade/sonokinetisist(pyrokinetisist w/different flavor). I like this idea but I'm not sure how many levels to take from each class. I also think it might be fun to grab divine grace from the paladin class, since i'll have an outrageous charisma, every little bit helps. Are there any other classes with divine grace? So what I'm asking for is help with level progression, feats, etc. I want the character to be decent in melee using the sonic lash and perhaps another weapon in the other hand(maybe another lash!). I also want him to have some casting power, Heat Death and Conflagaration(with appropriate sonic names) could have quite some power with the right feats and hexblade's curse. 7 levels in hexblade, which is a lot would grant me the greater version, lowering their saves by -4, ability focus would give me +2. I'm not sure of any other ways. Help is appreciated. edit: oops! also, I wanted to keep some bard flavor going on, having some bard spells and all that. So i'd be spread out over 3 areas, some offensive melee and casting(probably strongest point) and bardic music/spells to compliment the party and I, also for roleplaying value.
