Bard: Optimized Spell List/Songs Help [Archive] - Wizards Community

11-23-05, 02:37 PM What spells, songs, and feats would you recommend for the following bard to serve as the primary support of the group? There will be no clerics, so I will mostly be the only support in the group. I have very little experience with Bards in general, any advice would be appreciated.

Human Bard 2
Chaotic Good
Core Books Only

Abilities: 15, 14, 13, 12, 10, 8 (not set yet)
Feats: Point-Blank Shot, Precise Shot
Purpose: Ranged support/sniper
Other PCs: Fighter, Ranger, and Rogue

Noteworthy: low-magic world!

11-25-05, 09:28 AM Are there any feats in particular that would help me as a bard increase the healing ability (minor though it may be) in order to help keep my group alive longer? Should I focus on making lots of healing potions?

11-25-05, 04:33 PM Bard Spell Handbook lists spells that Bards get early or divine spells that Sorc/Wiz don't get. Focusing on these spells will make your bard more individual and unique.

As for healing, Augment Healing is in Complete Divine.
