When I originally posted i thought that I had given enough info but after reading some of the other posts I realized I didn't give any background or why I wanted these particular mods. This I hope to fix.

She was originally a character that me and my friends ran in a very small game. She was in fact part of a duo, her and a character that was tying to be a necromancer. Well after a while we had to stop the game. Well the other player decided to build a game world in which his necro was the main evil and my character was to be his foil.

So I'm not really looking for a playable char I just need help in bringing her up to those standards. I hope this helps you all to better understand my request. I'm sorry if I didn't give you all enough info the first time around, I'll try to do better in future posts.

This is what I have so far:

Str 12
Dex 15
Con 15
Int 18
Wis 12
Cha 23 (all my stat bonuses went to Cha)

Feats:
Epic Leadeship (epic) Charlatan Infernal bargainer Leadership
Augment summoning Jack of all trades Obscure Lore Spell Penetration

I can use any 3.5 books and all dragon magazines.
Thanks in advance :D

For manipulation, and evil and followers, consider the Mindbender (Complete Arcane)--half caster level progression, but you gain telepathy, permanently charmed people, and finally a permanently Dominated thrall.

The epic insights article has a revised version of the epic acolyte of skin progression which gives you access to additional fiendish powers. :)

What exactly is your build like? Bard10/Acolyte10?

Why Extra Item Space when you can get slotless items?

Thanks Runestar for the link to the article :D What do you mean be slotless items? Do you mean things like Ioun stones?

In the DMG, there are rules allowing a magic item to be made slotless by doubling its price. This means it will not occupy a body slot, allowing you to replace the extra item slot epic feat with another more useful feat, perhaps epic leadership and snag yourself a cool demonic cohort?

I am actually thinking about having a howler dragon with the PrC disciple of ashardalon (draconomicon) but i'm not sure exactly how to go about that.

What ECL is this howler dragon? At your lv, you can only attract cohorts of ECL 20 or less(probably making up the diff with class lvs or additional HD).

This is my first time messing with followers or cohorts how do I know what the ECL is?

Generally, their ECL is their class levels + racial hit dice + other level adjustments/LAs. The max cohort ECL usually is 2 less than yours.

So a Juvenile Howler Dragon (18HD) with 2 Levels of Disciple of Ashardalon (draconomicon) would be an ECL of 20?

The dragon should have a LA along with it. If not, its not suitable for use as a PC. Add the listed LA to its HS to get its ECL. Note that a LA of "-" does not mean LA of +0. It just means its not meant for use by a player.
