I need some help with my human battle sorcerer's feat progression. I want to deal as much damage as possible, using as few books as possible.

H Improved Initiative - acting first is always good
1 Power Attack - works well with Arcane Strike and True Strike
3 Cleave - so I won't be overwhelmed by large numbers of monsters
6 Arcane Strike - works well with Power Attack
9 Combat Expertise - prerequisite
12 Improved Disarm - works well with Telekinesis
15 Improved Trip - works well with Telekinesis
18 Great Cleave - I don't know what else to take

This feat progression uses only three books. The Player's Handbook, Unearthed Arcana (for the battle sorcerer class), and Complete Warrior (for Arcane Strike).

Any suggestions?

I'm a fan of draconic breath for battlesorcerers since it gives them another option for the spell slot

Here's another vote for Draconic Breath, early on at least. Certainly dropping Great Cleave wouldn't be a terrible idea, it just won't see the use to be worth the feat slot. If you do use Complete Arcane, Draconic Power is also handy for boosting your caster level, Sudden Metamagic can be handy, and check out Battle Caster to improve your armor options.

Alternately, there's Infernal Sorceror Howl from the PHB2, and the other feats in the tree, which are pretty nice. Smiting Spell might also be handy as a precombat buff.

Unless you have access to Races of the Dragon, that's me tapped.
