| texanhick2012-19-06, 08:14 AM | i'm playing in a game where i'm playing the Battle sorcerer variant from Unearthed Arcana, i'm 10th level playing a human, and am trying to figure out more ways to squeeze out a few more hitpoints. The DM has set it up so we take average roll, (4.5 for the BSorc's d8 hitdie) I've taken Stalwart Sorcerer from the Complete mage, and improved toughness so I now get 7.5 hitpoints per level Besides raising my Con, can anyone else think of a way to increase this retroactivly? |

Seriously, you'd get more HP and retain more spellcasting by taking the Mineral Warrior template than being a Battle Sorcerer. If you want HP, buff your Con mod. A Dragonborn Gnome is a nice start. If you accept a +1 LA then you can stack a bunch more on top of that. |
