I have heard of this progression before and was wondering if anyone could help me figure it out, I can be basically any race except if its a monster race I have to be able to justify it, and if any PRC is available to get there, as long as it isnt Dragon Magazine. Starting stats are

16,16,15, 12 ,10, 10

Was thinking Barbarian / Druid / and not sure from there, we cn start from lvl 10-15 with the DMG starting gold for that level.

at 16 I could transform into a Direbear which would be evil, and I was thinking the trigger would be rage from a barbarian.

I'd appreciate any help thanks.

Human
lawful neutral at beginning , then change alignment to true neutral
(Monks dont lose their abilities if they change alignment in 3.5)

Str 10 / Int 15 / Wis 16 / Dex 10 / Con 16 / Cha 12

all abilities increase to wisdom

Monk 1
Barbarian 1
Druid 1 - 18

01) Improved unarmed strike (m), improved grapple (m), Combat expertise,
03) Wolf Berserker (RoF)
06) Improved trip
09) natural spell
12) Extend spell
15) Eschew Materials (T&B)
18) Instantaneous rage

OK, here we go :
You change into an Polar bear which is large, then cast animal growth and become huge.
Str +8 and Con +4. Cast Bull strentght for another +4 to strentgh.
Base Str 27 + 12 = 39 then rage for and drink battlewine for another +8 = +47
+18/+18
Then you can make a trip attack
Trip Check is 18 +4 improved trip + 4 wolf berserker = +26 + 8 huge = +34

or Grapple Attack
Bab 8 + 18 str + 8 size = +34

The only difference in the polar bear and the brown bear is that the polar bear has two more hit dice. Since you use your own hit dice when wildshaping, changing into a brown bear gives you exactly the same stats as a polar bear. Also, in most adventuring campaigns, you're alot more likely to have encountered a brown bear, and so be familiar enough with it to wildshape into it.

Even when considering which to get for an animal companion, the brown bear is probably a better choice, since you can get it at an earlier level than the polar bear. It will gain the 2 HD difference back from advancement and get more abilities on top of that.

Bear Warrior is a PrC in OA. (it didnt' look like anyone was referencing that anywhere). prereqs are pretty low, results seem pretty neat.

I'm actually leveling in BW now.
