Best 1st lvl Rogue feat [Archive] - Wizards Community

10-17-05, 11:01 PM What is the best 1st lvl feat to take for a halfling rogue and asspireing assassin.

10-17-05, 11:11 PM well there are 2 feats that a rogue could use early on in the game.
1 is toughness and the other is combat reflexes for the extra attacks of oppurtunitythen add in the rogues sneak attack and u can possibly kill what u r fighting before it can smack u if u have a good dex rating

10-17-05, 11:35 PM I second the recommendation of Improved Initiative. Particularly given that one has few hit points as a low level rogue, acting first can often be the divider between victory and death.
