Going into a tournament soon against some local players. The structure is 1 PC vs 1 PC each round with spells and re-chargable items/effects refreshed between rounds (aka, all spells relearned, per day items reset, etc). 32-point buy, 20th level characters, 250k gold to play with. Material from the Complete series (sans Psionics), ECS, Faerun, Dragonlance, and Oriental Adventures settings are available (core books of such settings only).

In this vein, I am thinking of three different builds with which to try and with this thing:

Sadistic Berserker (sands Wrathful Healing, not allowed)

Blastificer

Shiruken-throwing Rogue from OA

Again, I will have no other party members. I will just need to kill everyone else. Which one of these builds do you think would work best?

The only issue with Frenzied Berserker is you probably will die if someone is a spellcaster and has a will save or die. Maybe it would be goood choice with iron will and equipment to boost the will save

Warforged Juggernaut Frenzied Berserkers are immune to most save-or-dies. Still, don't neglect the saves, as Slow or Disintegrate could put a serious cramp in your style. Also make sure you have some sort of dimensional travel, as a spellcaster can probably come up with an immobilization effect.

Don't forget armor enchantments. Spell resistance is always a good ability to have, the armor enchantment of the same name or a belt of spell resisitance (complete arcane I think) are good bets, this should give at least a fighting chance against incoming magical hurtfor example, save or die spells.

On a side note, if you don't mind me saying so, Fortification is another great armor enchantment as it gives you a chance to resist those nasty critical hits. Personally, I would make sure to take power attack as a feat, then get a weapon with the brilliant energy enchantment to increase your chance to hit once you've dumped your BAB into power attack.

Actually, warforged juggernaut sadistic berserker sounds pretty good. Immunte to death, necromancy, charm, phantasm effects, ability drain and damage, critical hits (nerf the rogue). Going this route, no need for fortification or a high wil save (usually). Etherealness on the armor might not be a bad idea, but not necessary, I think.

Hmm....I think I have my guinea pig.
