I am looking to create a character who makes full attacks on charge but am not sure which way to go with such a character.
As i see it there are 4 options, one of which i don't want to do but ill include so no-one suggests it :P :

1. Wildrunner Prc from races of the wild. Would be used in conjunction with chmpion of corellon Lanthian, making greater use of the extra dexterity. Race would be either half elf (no con penalty) or woodelf (plusese to str & dex). Using elven thinblades & oersized TWF.

2. Bear warrior/warshaper/warhulk with snow tiger beserker

3. sighn ranger, most likely oversized TWF bastard sword & the ronin Prc, to make scary use of banzai charge

4. lion of talisaid, the one i don't really want to use.

Anyone with suggestions as to which one is the best &/or other ideas please submit.

Please note, i want the ability to do this all the time & not through the use of magic items. Oh, & we don't use psiconics :D

Right now I am playing a Mountain Orc Bar6/fighter2/RuneScarBar5/FrenzyBer3

Feats

Intimidating rage
Destructive rage
2 weapon fighting
Imp 2 weapon fighting
Power attack
Cleave
Leadership (cheater of Mystra - DM made a cleric since we lack one and I was in charge of advancing and went CoM route)
and some other ones.

Currently I had the cleric cast permanent Enlarge/Girallons Blessing then Fuse Arms from Savage Species. This will give you a +12 strength Also, (depending on your cohort level) Superior Resistance +6 to all saves helps with coming out of frenzy.

Rage + frenzy + charge full attack = sick damage

Don't forget your Valorous (+1 mod) weapon; double damage on a charge.

sorry but i dont see where you got your full attack from??? Is it runescarred?
Either way, seeing race orc reminded me of the headlong charge/rush (sant remember which) feat, which doubles damage on charge, you have to be an orc.
Considering that,I think ill most likely be going for half orc if i take the bear warrior or ronin route (orcs with katana's are just too cool).

Oh yeah, valourus...i can even put it on an amulet of natural attacks to make the bearwarrior fun aswell.

The Grand Compilation of Full-Attack Charging PC Tricks
(by approximate level of availability)
1) Snow Tiger Berserker feat (berserker lodge feat (RP restriction), light weapons only, Unapproachable East)
1) Lion Tribe Warrior (Regional feat, human only, single light weapon only, Shining South)
4) Psionic Lion's Charge (2nd level psywar power, augments to add damage to each attack, Expanded Psionic's Handbook)
5) Lion's Charge (3rd level druid / 4th level ranger spell, most recent version Miniatures Handbook)
5) Wild Shape (Fleshraker, Monster Manual III)
6) Lion's Pounce Wild Feat (Complete Divine)
7) Polymorph spell (many forms grant Pounce or similar abilities)
7) Metamorphosis power (as Polymorph, but might require Supernatural Transformation)
8) Wild Shape (Tiger) (If Core-only.)
11) Lion's Pounce (4th level Sigh Rager prestige class ability, Oriental Adventures)
12) Lion's Pounce (5th level Lion of Talisid prestige class ability, Book of Exalted Deeds)
17) Shapechange spell (many forms grant Pounce or an extra move action, or even the Choker.)
17) Greater Metamorphosis power (As Shapechange, but may require Supernatural Transformation)
21) Dire Charge epic feat (Widely accepted as at least slightly underpowered, only works in the first round, but works regardless of your equipment or magic availability. Draconomicon)

Variable level: Claws of the Leopard (spiked gauntlets, Complete Adventurer, priced at 38,305. Only works with the claws themselves).

Note that the Great Granddaddy of Wild Shape, the Mulhorandi Divine Minion (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/mb/20050209a), may be able to pull off some of these far earlier than other characters.

With sufficient cheatery twinks, anything is possible.

Runner-ups (those with similar abilities that do not exactly count as charging):
Full Mounted Attack (Cavalier and Halfling Outrider, CW; Kishi Charger, OA, possibly others)
Dervish Dance (Dervish, CW)
Hustle (Psychic Warrior / Egoist power, XPH)
Wild Plains Offensive (Wild Plains Outrider, CV)
Shadow Pounce (Teflammar Shadowlord, UE)
Lion Tribe Warrior (Regional feat, two light weapons only, Shining South)
Black Magic Oil: Malign Fury (Warrior of Darkness, BoVD)

Without Races of the Wild, Sandstorm, or Lost Empires of Faerun, that's the grand list (doesn't use any templates, but references one of the better ones. Feral might be another choice if you have a lot of racial HD). I might have missed one in the BOVD, though.

Great complilation Tempest, but you missed two runners up. The Halfing Outrider lets you full attack if your mount moves up to a single move action.

Also, the Warrior of Darkness from BOVD can get a full attack after a single move action 3 times per day.

Please edit your post and add them in. Thanks.

I thought I wrote HO in with Full Mounted Attack, but I guess I didn't. I wasn't aware of warrior of darkness, though. Editing.

If you are looking for a sneaky full-attack on a charge kind of build, I'd suggest incorporating your idea of the Snow Tiger Berserker feat into an Invisible Blade/Nightsong Enforcer progression.

I'm organically playing a druid. Without a heavy feat dedication, what can I get that works well with pounce (from wildshape or from druid spell) besides the sandals and the Rhinohide?

Both of those are heavy 3.0. The former weren't revised (although the Flying Kick feat that they were based on was, it now only deals +1d12 on such an attack), but the latter was (also adding damage instead of multiplying it).

There are still some charge multipliers, though. The Lancer in my sig relies on them -- and later in the topic, even more were discovered.

Catharz: This is the second time I've seen you reference that ranger variant. I assume it only changes combat style, and likely into one that's mounted -- but what, exactly, is the change (within limits of CoC)?

Sorry, I should be more clear about that
One gives Power attack at 2nd, and IIRC Imp bull rush at 6th. The other gives Mounted combat at 2nd, and Ride-by (or Spirited charge, I don't remember) at 6th.

I would have changed it to Fighter before posting, but I wasn't sure how much that would mess with the skills. In either build, the feats/skills will work with Ftr or Rng. I just wan't sure what would have to be bumped up a few levels.

BTW, the Kishi charger's Full mounted attack is un-nerfed (i.e, Chargeable).

Which means that with this build and a valorous lance, you can be doing (1d8+1.5*Str+2*PA)*(5=2[lance multiple]+3[Deadly charge]+2[Valorous]-2[D&D multiplication]), with a full attack. Of course, the mount might do better with Leap attack...

Lion of Talisid give it to you. I think its in BoED.
