Best Charisma Based Class [Archive] - Wizards Community

10-03-06, 11:02 AM What clas, for you, gets the best Class Features for using High Charisma characters?

Feel free to chip in with any books, any level and not just Sorcerer classes.

10-03-06, 11:07 AM Cleric 1 and Paladin 2 come to mind. I guess Hexblade 3 also wouldn't be terrible. Pyrokineticist from XPH has a lot of CHA based save DCs.

10-03-06, 11:17 AM Dread necromancer is the best single class, having all of its main abilities depending on charisma. Other than that, the obvious charisma based casters (Sorcerer, Favored soul, Warmage, Bard, Sublime chord, Nar demonbinder, etc.) there are a lot of good dips: Paladin 2 or 4, Hexblade 3, Blackguard 3, Soldier of light 2, Arcane duelist 2, Mystic wanderer 2 and dozens of others.

10-03-06, 11:29 AM Besides casting, any class that gets CHA to stuff in X stat to Y thread comes to mind.

A lot of people consider the Beguiler a CHA based skill class with INT casting.

10-03-06, 02:50 PM If we're talking pure classes I'd say hexblade, bard, paladin, and dread necromancer. All of those classes have multiple abilities that are cha dependent.
