| BrimstoneAsh06-19-06, 12:29 PM | I looked around and didn't see anything about dungeoneers on the forums. I'm looking to make an optimized Dungeoneer, someone familiar with traps, the underdark and basically anything to do with dungeon diving. A focus on skills is a must, on combat not necessary but a bonus so far i've figured it to be like this but don't know where to go from here... Dwarf Rogue 3/Wizard 3/Dungeon Delver 1... Str 14, Dex 18, Con 14, Int 16, Wis 10, Cha 10 BAB +3 Speed 20 Fort +4, Reflex +7, Will +3 Racial Traits/Class Features: +2 Con -2 Cha +2 Appraise +2 Craft Stone/Metalwork Darkvision 90' Stonecunning +4 vs. Bull Rush/Trip Sneak Attack +2d6 Trap Sense +2 Trapfinding Summon Familiar (cat) >+3 Move Silently Scribe Scroll Evasion Deep Survival Empathic Link Specialization (diviner) >prohibit necromancy Feats: Alertness (from familiar) Nimble Fingers 2nd (Blind-Fight?) 3rd? As a wizard I would Specialize in Diviniation and prohibit Necromancy. Since I was going to go that route I also was thinking of taking up a few levels of Cleric in the Knowledge and Magic domains (Boccob). Magic domain so I can use scrolls, wands and other devices with spell completion or spell trigger activation as a wizard of 1/2 your cleric level. for the purpose of using a scroll or other magic device i can add my wizard levels as well. Knowledge so I can add +1 to Divination spells caster levels. I picked Dungeon Delver to help boost most of the Dwarf racial abilities (darkvision 90ft. etc.) and to stack with the Rogues Trap Sense. Stats would focus on Dexterity and Intelligence to both supplement the majority of my class skills and spellcasting etc. |
