| GoofsterStud09-18-06, 01:19 AM | Alright I am starting a new game. I am told to make an 18th level character! I am creating a Paladin/Halfing Outrider What is the best possible mount to have. I'm told that as long as I meet the requirements it can be anything within the rules. Since I'm an archer movement is a requirement, however if you can thing better then flying by all means. Remember I'm a halfling. |

| tiluvias9909-18-06, 02:37 PM | Check out the Supermount thread. It should be in one of the link compendiums on these boards. |
| GoofsterStud09-18-06, 04:25 PM | I'm asking what animal would be the best choice for an Archer. |
| ZeroEffect09-18-06, 06:19 PM | Griffin. |
| FiestFan09-18-06, 06:39 PM | Griffin. Or any creature with Flight. A Dragon, for instance. ;) |
| Istarion09-18-06, 08:45 PM | the smallest mount with flying you can find. You won't always be in open spaces. |
| ZeroEffect09-18-06, 09:39 PM | "a gold dragon wyrmling careening down dungeon corridors..." I remembering reading that in another post... |
| rilem09-18-06, 10:08 PM | Yeah, that's Caelic's supermount, already mentioned, found here. (http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?t=382372) You get a huge Griffon with 27 hit dice and str 36, or a gold wyrmling with 27 hit dice and str. 29. |
