Anyone have any neat combinations using these two books?

Some I've seen:

Warmage (MHB) + Swashbuckler (CW). Int bonus to Light weapon damage/finessable weapon damage (ranged or melee) *AND* to spell damage.

Hold the Line (CW) plus Sidestep (MHB). Get a free Attack of Opportunity when you're charged (Hold the Line), then a free 5' step to perhaps move out of charge range/get behind cover (Sidestep).

Second Wind (CW) + Bear Warrior (CW) + Warshaper (CW). Second Wind lets you heal a number of hit points equal to your Con bonus once per day as a free action. A Dwarven raging Bear Warrior in bear form and the Morphic Strength ability (I may have the name wrong--it's the ability that gives +4 to Str and Con) has a pretty hefty con bonus.

Powerful Charge (MHB) + Shield Charge (CW). Charge with your shield for bonus damage and a free trip attempt.

Marshal (MHB) auras + X. Complete Warrior is filled with feats and class abilities that rely on strength checks, dex checks, flanking, and charging. There's a marshal aura that adds to each of these. For example, the marshal aura that adds Cha bonus to charge damage. That's major damage for a cavalier (CW). Or the marshal ability that gives bonuses to attacks of opportunity combined with Hold the Line and Karmic Strike--that character kicks butt even when it's not his turn.

Any others?

My Gatling Chain Tripper build uses the feats Karmic Strike (CW), Double Hit, Side Step, & Deft Opportunist (all 3 MH) to synergetic effect. All in conjunction with using the Blunt Chain as a primary weapon and a remaining feat emphasis on tripping.

The premise is based on when you get hit in melee, Karmic Strike twice in response in addition to Side-Stepping 5' away from your opponent after your 2nd AoO attack. Either AoO can be either a damage or trip attack. After the Side-Step, your opponent now can't complete his full-attack option (assuming he does not have reach).

Hexblade with Sudden metamagics. If you hit with the curse, use a Sudden spell. Empower, Quicken, and Maximize all spring to mind.

War hulk + Hulking hurler.

+20 strength from war hulk basically multiplies the damage from hulking hurler by 16.

i wasn't aware that shwashbuckler allowed int to damage with spells thought it meant just light melee weapon and only melee

It doesn't. The war mage adds int bonus to damage spells.

How about...

Swashbuckler 3/Ranger 3/Rogue 4/Dragon Samurai 10

+16 BAB
Weapon Finesse
Two-Weapon Fighting
+2d6 sneak attack
+2d6 elemental weapon
+Int to damage
Evasion
Uncanny Dodge
10d8 Breath Weapon
Energy Resistance 20

I can't help but wonder if I've missed something that would make this character suck. I'm kinda surprised I haven't seen much in the way of Dragon Samurai builds yet; it's a colorful class with cool abilities and ridiculously easy entry requirements.

Hexblade 17/Havoc Mage 3

Casts as an 18th level Hexblade, and can Battlecast any spell he knows.

Here's a combination I like: Favored Soul 12/Kensai 8

The prereqs are easy to meet. From the favored soul, you get two energy resistances, weapon specialization, and 12th level spontaneous casting. You can then apply your Concentration skill to the Kensai's Power Surge ability, and create a Signature Weapon that matches your deity's favored weapon.

Fort +10, Ref +10, Will +14

A quick one, all from CW: Eyes in the Back of Your Head prevents ennemies from getting flanking bonuses against you. Then there is the Elusive Target Combat Style. Combined with Whirlwind attack, this character WANTS to be surrounded, and when he is, he can attack everyone around him, without them getting a +2 flank bonus, and if an opponent miss him, that opponent must roll to see if he hits the guy on the other side of the character. The combat style also gives out two other rather useful abilites.
