I've got to make a new character for an upcoming game, I chose to be a plain barbarian. The game starts at level 12, my race is half-orc, and he uses a battleaxe and mithril breastplate. That's all I know for sure. I need ideas for the best feats to choose from. This is also a 3.5 game, and when you name the feats please say which book it's from. Thanks.

What stats do you have? Which books can you use? Does your DM allow V3.0 which is yet to be updated?

Upgrade to greataxe or greatsword and take advantage of the 1.5x Str.

Easiest feats:
1 - Weapon Focus ( )
3 - Power Attack
6 - Cleave
9 - Extra Rage (CW)
12 - Extend Rage (CW)

Rolll with it is a good feat give u damage reduction 2/- and it stacks so u can take it more than once though u need toughness to get it. Savage species
Also improved critical with an axe is great. :plotting:

I don't remember the name but in the Complete Warrior book there's a feet that gives you a +4 to confirm critical. from experiance, it's a good feet - thought if you have a better than go ahead and take it.
Feats for bbr are a bit scarce so don't overload yourself with overthetop feats. And except going 20th level bbr I don't really have any advice.

One small thing - If your dm premits, you should seek out a CRAFT TATTO MAGIC. I know for sure that WarCraft books contain this but... the craft is to simply make a magic to stick to your body (as similar to craft wonderous items) with the exception that :
A. cannot be sundered/stolen/taken/magiced away, etc.
B. restrictions doesn't imply to this craft (you can take a shirt slot tatto to gain an armor bonus of heavy armor.
