Campaign Specifics: Oriental Adventures, specifically Rokugan material.

Other PCs: Samurai (Mantis 2WF), Samurai/Kensi (2h Katana), Shugenja (fire), Shugenja (water)

Campaign rules: No Dragon material, No PHB classes, 13th level, if you can qualify for a prestige class by taking the first level of said class it's allowed, all other books except Incarnum allowed. The Ninja class from Alderac is the version used (the full BAB version).

Goal: Create a ninja that is effective in combat and also has enough bluff skills for court, and can use other skills to act as party "rogue".

Current build/notes: Human Ninja 6/Ninja Spy 3/Iajutsu Master 4
I like the first 9 levels, but feel the Iajutsu Master is out of flavor and is redundent with the party. I was leaning towards Swordsage. Stats are S16, W10, I14, Con14, Cha14, D20

Items of note (items cannot be changed and/or modified): Character also has a katana +4 dancing/defending and a bag of shruiken that has one of each + and elemental type and the bag appears full every 2 days.

Any suggestions on the build (and feats) I should take are more than welcome!

Campaign rules: ...if you can qualify for a prestige class by taking the first level of said class it's allowed...

What exactly does this mean? Does this mean that if you meet the prerequisites of a prestige class by taking the level, it's allowed? So, for example: Prestige Class A had a prerequisite of BAB +5 and has full BAB progression. Could I get into Prestige Class A with Fighter 4?

Exactly. You could take Prestige Class A with your 5th level.

Well that make qualifying for TSL stupid easy. Will edit with a build later.

I was actually looking the the prestige class Teflammar Shadowlord. Although powerful, I don't think it fits in the flavor of the campaign too well.

Any other ideas or concepts would be appreciated, otherwise I'm going to try the Swordsage idea to replace Iajatsu Master levels.

You could go Swordsage and Shadow Sun Ninja.
