I had this character all planned out...and lost the sheet. So I thought I'd start over and get some advice this time.

I'm trying to pack as much magic into a weapon as possible without getting it enchanted. So far, I'm thinking Paladin/Kensai/Exorcist of the Silver Flame. I'm also thinking Ancestral Relic for more enhancement goodness. Probably also Divine Might if I take paladin far enough for Turn Undead. I haven't really got the breakpoints figured out, and I've got no idea at all for spells.

I don't have stats yet, but they'll be ridiculously high with my groups methodology.

I can use pretty much any 3.5 WotC book and flaw are okay.

You are on the right track, pack in some of the stuff from Weapons of Legacy maybe?

That is, *sigh* of course, the one book no one in my group owns.

... on a related note, anyone notice how the Spellstoring enchantment only limits the spell level thats stored within to 3rd level, not the spell slot? Go ahead and have that incanatrix put a Twinned, Maximized, Empowered Scorching Ray in that dinky +1 Spellstoring Morningstar.

You might also look into the Item Familiar (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/magic/itemFamiliars.htm) feat from Unearthed Arcana for some more "free" +1 bonuses.
