My Rolls are 16,13,14,12,15,18...Rock Gnome. I have 13 levels to start with from to build from level 1-13. What would you guru's suggest on my build for this guy? Books are all the Complete books, Exalted deeds, Faerun Books, Races Books(sorry left those off), and Basic books. Also need feats.

Thanks much in advance. Please help.

Since you're talking about Blade Bravo, you must also have access to Races of Stone. How about Races of the Wild?

Using Races of Stone, Races of the Wild, Complete Warrior and Complete Adventurer, I put together a fun little gnome warrior. He goes Scout 10/Blade Bravo 10 and uses Goad + Giantbane + Underfoot Combat to be constantly diving between his opponent's legs, gaining both sneak attack and skirmish. Feats are a little tight, especially since you need to burn one on WP: Rapier, but it's doable.

For starters, you might want to include Races of Stone into your "allowed books list." How else do you plan on getting into the Blade Bravo PrC?

Some more later when I get back to my books.

Swashbuckler 3 / Fighter 2, Ranger 2 / Fighter 2 / Swashbuckler 1 or Rogue 3 / Fighter 2 / Swashbuckler 1 are all good entries into Blade Bravo. One thing you might consider is dumping the rapier entirely - Invisible Blade's free feint per round works nicely with Blade Bravo's bonus to Bluff. You could take something like:

1 Gnome Ranger 1 Weapon Focus: Dagger
2 Swashbuckler 1 Weapon Finesse
3 Fighter 1 Point Blank Shot, Titan Fighting
4 Fighter 2 Far Shot
5 Ranger 2 Two-Weapon Fighting
6 Invisible Blade 1 Combat Expertise
7 Invisible Blade 2
8 Invisible Blade 3
9 Invisible Blade 4 Weapon Focus: Rapier
10 Invisible Blade 5
11 Blade Bravo 1
12 Blade Bravo 2 Sense Weakness (Draconomicon) or Underfoot Combat (Races of the Wild) or Two-Weapon Defense (PHB) or Skill Focus: Bluff (PHB)
13 Blade Bravo 3

You should be able to deal out a fair amount of damage with TWF/sneak attack while serving as a high-AC 'tank' at the same time. Make sure to feint against everything that is feint-againstable; there's no penalty to doing so with your Invisible Blade Uncanny Feint/Feint Mastery ability.

Despite the Invisible Blade's Unfettered Defense ability you will probably want to wear armor anyway. I would put your stats as follows:
Str 12 (-2 racial = 10) Dex 18 (+2 from levels = 20) Con 15 (+1 from levels and 2 racial = 18) Wis 13 Int 12 Cha 14, and make sure you invest in magical items to bump up your poor Will save. You could conceivably swap your Con and Cha for a 16 Con 16 Cha, if you want to make more use out of your Goad ability; I find that while Goad is powerful when it works, it doesn't work enough to be worth the trouble in most cases.

Another nice way of getting is Pal 2/Swa 3 or Pal 2/ Ftr 2/Swa 1, for more feats or if your int isn't very high, in the last build you can also use a Rog lvl instead of the Swa and take it as your 1st.

The Pal 2 has very nice Cha synergy with Goad and such, the problem is that it restricts you to LG.

If you really don't want to be LG, then go with what jstorrie said, those are all solid entries, tho I'd like to add the Rog1/Frt2/Swa3 build, for skill niceness at lvl1 and int to dam.
