| Sillarus Silverspear07-30-04, 09:41 AM | Hey, I need some help building the bladesinger I plan on playing soon. I was originally going to play him simply as Fighter5/Wizard1 into Bladesinger (I think that works). However, I decided after buying Unearthed Arcana that it would fit well with his RP to add Elf Paragon3 into the mix. So, my question is this: what is the fastest way to get to bladesinger if I include three levels of elf paragon? By the way, he is a Moon Elf with stats : STR: 16 CON: 14 DEX: 18 INT: 16 WIS: 13 CHA: 10 (after racial mods) Thanks, |

Try this for the 3.5 Bladesinger: 1: Elf Paragon 1 - Dodge 2: Wizard 1 3: Elf Paragon 2 - Combat Casting, Weapon Focus 4: Elf Paragon 3 5: Fighter 1 - Combat Expertise 6: Fighter 2 - <feat> 7-16: Bladesinger 1-10 |

I would also go with a Sun Elf. +2 INT makes you a better caster, and you make up the damage differense with Finesse and Insightful Strike. My Bladesinger build looks something like: Swash1 -Finesse, Dodge Swash2 Swash3 -Insightful Strike, Combat Expertise Wiz1 Para1 Para2 -Combat Casting, Weapon Focus Para3 BladeS1 Wiz2 - Arcane Strike BladeS2-10 EK1-2 |
