Bladesinger build...what do you guys think? [Archive] - Wizards Community

The plan is to get a sword of spell storing, use the true strike/power attack combo and do some hit and run tactics using spring attack. I'm open to any other ideas however.

This build is assuming a dex of 19 and int of 18 for a standard elf (but maybe sun elf would be better?) Also is song of of fury worth it (-2 to all attacks but 1 extra attack) to take bladesinger 10 at level 20? I've tried to optimize it for power throughout the lower levels as well but any advice on switching thing around to get a more even power increase through the levels would be appreciated.

(Just in case: Swashbuckler, Spellsword and Bladesinger are from the complete warrior, dragonslayer from the draconomicon and the elf levels are at the link above.)

Level 1: Swashbuckler (1) BAB: +1 *Weapon Finesse: rapier, dodge
Level 2: Wizard (1) Scribe Scroll (caster level 1)
Level 3: Swashbuckler (2) BAB: +2 Iron Will
Level 4: Wizard (2) BAB: +3 (caster level 2) (Dex +1 = 20)
Level 5: Swashbuckler (3) BAB: +4
Level 6: Dragonslayer (1) BAB: +5 (caster level 3) (Combat Casting)
Level 7: Spellsword (1) BAB: +6 (caster level 4)
Level 8: Elf (1) (Int +1 = 19)
Level 9: Elf (2) BAB: +7 *Weapon FOcus: rapier (caster level 5) (Combat Expertise)
Level 10: Bladesinger (1) BAB: +8 (caster level 6)
Level 11: Elf (3) BAB: +9 (caster level 7) (Int +2 = 21)
Level 12: Bladesinger (2) BAB: +10 Mobility (Int +1 = 22)
Level 13: Bladesinger (3) BAB: +11 (caster level 8)

04-06-04, 12:00 PM No ideas or comments? Still not sure what to do with the last level. And is the mobility/springattack/power attack combo worth it from a min max perspective or would it be better to take 3 other feats?
