Ok, so I have been goin' crazy lately coming up with some specific things. This one I wanna leave open ended to see what kinds of crazy things we can come up with. Don't even need to have a full build, just a concept to build off from.

The idea here is to make use of your blindsight ability (however you can figure it to be granted) to persistant a spell that decreases visibility. Obscuring Mist would work as it has a fixed range. In fact, it could even be moved around within that 20ft. I'm sure there are others as well.

Blindsight, you figure out how to get it. There are plenty of ways and who am I to ruin the adventure of figure out some creative ways for you. ;)

Wanna make some crazy monk build who walks around with his high brimmed cloak and fog that continually surrounds him flying into combat while making it dificult for his foes to see him...or anyone for that matter? Once the fog rises, the foes are dead.

Perhaps a spellcaster of some sort who flies around in a ball of fog. You never actually can see his face. Meanwhile he is whipping out spells that shape the battlefield to his liking to allow his allies to take control.

Perhaps some sort of archer or throwing weapon expert who denies his foes the ability to see him to retaliate while they are turned into pincussions.

The real challenge here is making a character capable of this by the lowest level possible. Ideas? :D

monk wouldnt be a good choice... try out rogue 3/fighter 2/assassin 8/teflamar shadowlord 6/+1 of your choice

Just get the spell from Savage Species, Blindsight or Improved Blindsight. Both can be made permanent with Permanency. Just have an NPC wizard do it for some cash at whatever level it is available to you.

Wasn't there some Incarnum thing that gave you total personal concealment when it was bound? I think it was a shoulder item.

Sleepydeath, nice build. Where are you getting persistant spell in there at though?

Khan the Destroyer: Great idea...what kind of build would you put those on that would use a persistant spell like obscuring mist? I understand the concept well, I just am not sure how best to put it into practice. You?

It'd cost you 10,500 gold to get Solid Fog permanently cast on an object you can carry around with you. Of course, the SRD says that any spell that costs more than 3k to cast is "generally not available" so don't know if you can get this one cast.

Just get an eversmoking bottle for 5400 gp.

A druid can pull this off (not persistant of course) at level 3 using Embrace the Wild (CV) and Obscuring Mist. One could always craft an item to give you continuous Embrace the Wild (36k by my calculations) and buy an Eversmoking bottle.

Good little trick, I'll have to give it a whirl

PonTelon: think persistant, not perminant. Like via persistant spell. Or the Illumian's Naenhoon sigil. There are ways. :)

Pinky's brain: Your a cheater. ;) I was thinking about a power that is actually possessed by the character himself. However, you may have stumbled upon another concept: how about an eversmoking robe? Or an ability added to armor? Might be a good idea. Then you just have to come up with blindsight or something similar.

GaffeR: Yeah, I love that spell. Did you know they removed it from CD? They said it should be stricken from the list. ...then they added it back in CAdv. Isn't that silly? Difinately a cool way to get blindsight, tremorsense, scent or a variety of other abilities. :D By all means though...give it a whirl. Lemme see whatcha come up with.

Eversmoking bottle is an unslotted item, just hang it off your belt or something ... making it a slotted item seems useless, it's not like it's expensive.
