Those things are kind of wicked.

How could you portray them in 3.5e ?

I want to make a monk with them but I have absolutely no idea how to go about doing it. Would ranger/monk/some prc work in any shape or form?

I am trying to rework this character I was planning on to be first be a hexblade gish type.

Here are the stats:
Mineral Warrior Template (LA +1):
·DR 8/Adamantine (Ex)
·Burrow - Half Movement Speed (15ft)
·Earth subtype
·Darkvision 60ft (Ex)
·Natural Armor +3
·Earth Strike 1/day
Racial Maxes: STR20, CON22, DEX16, INT16, WIS16, CHA16 @ Lvl 1

Abilities have to be about +10 to 11 mods.
No good aligned stuff. And Mongoose splatbooks are applicable.

I would say they are mechanical bracers that let you draw your weapon as a free action as if you had the Quick Draw feat. You could attach whatever light or one-handed weapon you like to them, even change it, and they take up your bracers slot for magic items. Cost would be something like 7500-10000gp each.
