I choose to go with more of a tank role then a battlefield control role because this build focuses on dealing a lot of damage while at the same time . Warmind really jumped out at me as being the perfect PrC for this build. Its abilities just offer the perfect combination of survivability, utility, and offense, and the wis synergy with the Combat Focus feats are also apparent. Exotic Weapon Master is there for uncanny blow. The only usable exotic shields I know of are the Shielded Gauntlet and the Heave Spiked Shield using that heavy material rule from FR, and I'd rather stay away from setting-specific material. Human Fighter 2 / Duskblade 1 / Fighter 2 / Warmind 5 / Fighter 4 / Warmind 4 / Exotic Weapon Master 1 / Warmind 1 Feats: 1. Combat Focus, Combat Vigor, Combat Stability 2. Weapon Focus (Spiked Shield, Heavy) 3. Power Attack 5. Weapon Focus (Armor Spikes) 6. Bloodspike Charger 9. Two-Weapon Fighting 12. Two-Weapon Rend, Combat Reflexes 14. Robilar’s Gambit 15. Practiced Manifester 18. Exotic Weapon Proficiency (Shielded Gauntlet) Stats (32 Point Buy) Str: 14 Dex: 16 Con: 14 Int: 12 Wis: 14 Cha: 8 Early game I have the fast healing turn me into a tank, using the Spiked Shield. Mid-Game I plan on using Two-Weapon Rend with the Spiked Avalanch or sweeping strike. Late-Game it’s all about sweeping strike + Robilar’s Gambit + Rend + Spiked Slam. Robilar’s Gambit turns that AoO you provoke from using spiked slam into a good thing. The DR 3/-- and Fast Healing 4 help to offset the penaulties from the gambit. |
