This may have already been mentioned, but I didnt see anything on the first two pages of the CO, psionics, or Eberron boards. So, if this is a repeat, I appologize. I also posted this on the psionics board (http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?p=7822165#post7822165).

That being said, turn to page 115 of your Magic of Eberron and take a close look at the Power Link (a Quari Embedded Shard).

You can draw upon the shard 3 times per day as a free action to augment a power by 2 points (above and beyond what you spend from your own PP pool). That doesnt sound so bad by itself, but heres the kicker. Not only does this allow you to exceed your normal power point limit, but you can draw upon multiple shards at once as part of the same action. Since you can have one embedded shard per HD, you can have 20 at 20th level. That means you could spend 60 pp (63 with overcannel) on a single power 3 times per day, with 40 of those PP are coming from an outside source. Yeah, its only 3 times per day, but who cares?

The possibilities are staggering, especially when you concider how cheap the items are. For only 3k each, you can outfit yourself in this manner for only 60k, or signifigantly less with the right feats (a snap with psychic reformation).

So what would you spend your 63 power points on? Using microcosm to automatically wipe out anything in the affected area with 490hp doesnt seem like a bad start. You could put the DC on any save-or-be-screwed power through the roof so that most anyone will fail a save on anything less than a 20.

I'm happy to point you HERE (http://boards1.wizards.com/showpost.php?p=7639651&postcount=32)

The entry for the power link has an error. It should say: "This augmentation cannot result in more power points invested in the power than you have levels."

It was not intended to be free augmentation -- but instead effectively +6 pp/day.

This has been submitted as errata.

No official errata yet but it sounds like it is coming.
