well, progression in both divine and arcane spells
wildshape

improved companion familiar... i mean
the best classes are pretty much wizards and druids... this combines them nicely

plus the chanel spell thing, and ignore arcane spell failure, better hit die than other arcane casters, 4 skills per level is more than adequate... decent BAB, and the saves arent abysmal

already very versatile, now i want to make it even more powerful

Precocious apprentice is a good place to start, with wizard 1/druid 3/mystic theurge 4/Arcane heirophant 10. Buy a Wildshape amulet from Magic of Faerun.

Ok, "versatile" does not mean "overpowered."

Two different things.

Having the powers of multiple weaker characters usually means that you are not overpowered. In the Heirophant's case, he has all the powers...of a wizard and a druid at a lower level than he is!

OH NOOOOOOOOOO!

However, if you do want to find some power, I recommend you take catharz's advice. That feat, Precocious Apprentice, gives you a second-level slot at wizard level 1. That means, of course, that a one-level dip into Wizard will be what you need to get into this class.

Giving up one Druid level to gain 11 (or more) wizard levels is definitely closer to "overpowered."

ok, ok

well, it already is versatile, now lets make it powerful

how about that?

im a little foggy as to what you can do in wildshape
what happens to your armor, and can you still cast spells while wildshaped?

You sound fairly new to Druids. I'd suggest reading the Build FAQ for some basic pointers on using spells with wildshape, etc.
