| Otto the Bugbear01-14-06, 07:05 AM | Be a bugbear. Get the mineral warrior template. Power Attack, Leap Attack, Improved Sunder, Combat Brute, Improved Bullrush, Shock Trooper Thanks to good ability adjustments, you can afford to spread points around a little bit (if using point buy) so your Int and/or Wis don't suffer. Other than that, go read the C.O. stickies. It covers a lot of stuff, including board etiquette. Specifically, the more input you give, the more response you'll recieve. Just saying, "Hey, I want an 8th level Thayan Gladiator", is akin to saying, "Hey, do all the work for me." Cheers Otto :) |

But I concur that his post is extremely vague. You will have to be more specific, like what splatbooks you will be allowing and such. :) |
| Effling01-14-06, 07:51 AM | Thayan Gladiator, or any natural weapon build for that matter, is insane with Rapidstrike and Improved Rapidstrike. Be an Elan or Half-Daelkyr for the Aberration type. Changeling Half-Dragon is a decent choice too, as that qualifies you for Warshaper, which synergizes excellently with Thayan Gladiator... (Improved) Rapidstrike is in Draconomicon, Elan in Expanded Psionics Handbook, Changeling in Eberron Campaign Setting and Half-Daelkyr in Magic of Eberron. |
| smrtgmp01-14-06, 07:56 AM | the shifter is pretty decent, especially if you have longtooth elite for the con damaging bite. Combine that with the wounding property and the improved crit you can get with TG and that could get pretty nasty. |
