Ok, I'm going to be playing in a one-off game known as "Assault on the DMs Tower". Basically, there is a series of portals, each leading ot an encounter, there will be 5 encounters in all.
The challenge is for a group of 4 ECL/LVL 15 PCs to take out as many of the encounters as possible, one after the other. We will have as long as we need between encounters to rest and recover, but we have to use our own resources.

It is very likely that we will have to fight in hostile conditions, eg, underwater, elemental plane of fire, etc. However, we will be informed if we are going into an innately hostile environment, and we get all the recovery time we need between each encounter.

All creatures must be KILLED, diplomacy will NOT WORK, charm spells are only useful if you can get one creature to attack another, or to kill itself.

At current I'm not totally sure what kind of character to make, but I need the most BROKEN character you can come up with.

The first encounter will be against three Cornugons, on Baator. The third encounter will be against two dragons (a half-fiend and a half-celestial, using Holy Word and Blasphemy). The CRs will be 19, 20, 21, 22, 23. There will be no leveling.

Note that there is no differing interpretations allowed, everything must be strictly legal, and everything is strictly by the word of the rules.
Allowed resources are:
a.. Players Handbook
b.. Dungeon Masters Guide
c.. Monster Manual
d.. Complete Warrior
e.. Complete Divine
f.. Complete Arcane
g.. Complete Adventurer
h.. Miniatures Handbook
i.. Races of Stone
j.. Races of Destiny
k.. Races of the Wild
l.. Libris Mortis
m.. Lords of Madness
n.. Heroes of Battle
o.. Frostburn
p.. Sandstorm
q.. Expanded Psionics Handbook

Please DO NOT suggest getting anything else added to the list, this is an *official event*, I cannot change anything.

Only Races from the following sources are permitted: PHB, Races of Stone, Races of the Wild, Races of Destiny and the Expanded Psionics Handbook. Monster Manual creatures are permitted if they have an "as Characters" section to their description (e.g. Goblin). No templates are allowed, unless granted by a class feature (for example, Dragon Disciple).

You will encounter creatures with amazing Su abilities, and probably antimagic abilities.

Go Monk 2/Swashbuckler 3/Chameleon 10.

With Combat/Divine or Arcane (+4 unamed bonus attack and damage, +6 unamed bonus to any two ability scores (Str and Wis/Int), +4 Fort and Wis saves.

Caster Level 20!

Use your floating feat to take Extraordinary Spell Aim. Cast Antimagic Field on yourself (can be a Divine spell from Protection Domain lvl 6). Take out Su and Sp using critters <cough> fiends <cough>. Your AMF will not affect you though.

Other useful Divine Spells
Anti Life Shell (Blackguard 5)
Energy Immunity (Clc6)
Heal (Adept 6)
Undeath to Death (Clc6)
Visage of the Diety (Clc 6)

If you are in an AMF, your chameleon bonuses, Monk bonus to AC, and Swashbuckler bonus to damage with your fists, or any light weapon still count.

Since you have time to prepare, you can use your Chameleon focus to the best of your ability.

sand shaper prc is pretty good, you can qualify as a cleric3 if you have i think the thirst & heat domains (something like that). The best part of it is that you get the dry liche template for free without losing spellcasting etc. which puts you a bit above your ECL really as you technically have +4LA for free.

Ur priest is pretty good for ECL 15, a monk can qualify by level5 (i think thats the earliest...) so you can be casting 9th level spells.

Chameleon builds absolutely rock! Thatas a pretty nice one & ill add the zealot pact spell as a good one to have.

Cornugons & baator are lawful evil right? play chaotic good & you will be doing double damage on them! So you could do double damage with a smite & divine might & your normal damage.

isn't sand shaper an arcane caster ?

Yes, sand shaper is an arcane PrC. From the 3 cleric and description, it sounds like the poster meant the Walker in the Wastes PrC.

I guess the Cheater of Mystra is out? I'm pretty sure the stuff it uses isn't in your allowed books. Which is a good thing, because at ECL 15 the Cheater could totally trivialize these encounters.

Make 4 X Wiz 5 / Mind bender 1 / Ur-Priest 2 / MT 7, and go crazy with divine persist, and 9th lvl divine spells... Maby gate in some nastys to help out.

what were your enemys right now ?
are they immune to death attacks ?

based on neroscope's idea of maximzing death attacks, combined with the bellflower exploit of the tatoo'd monk by disposeable hero, you could build a

xxx 5 / darkhunter 5 / tatoo'd monk 5

to push you death attack dc to insane lvls.
all your buddys would have to do is give you 3 rounds on each enemy until you deliver your blow (true strike'd and stuff of course).

assume just a standard build on maximized int:
start 18 + 3 (lvl) + 4 (tome) + 3 (venerable) + 6 (item) = 34 = +12
3 bellflowers => 46 => 64 => 91 = +40
that would net you a fort dc of 10 + 5 (dark hunter lvls) + 40 (int) = dc 55 fort. and this is far from max optimized.

put your second effort in dex & stealth and suggest your wizard some luckstealer pr class to assure some low safe rolls and stuff, and anything not immune to this death attack is quite down.

Sounds like you could use one of the Ur-Priest builds...

Or just plain Cleric (archer or melee) with Nightsticks (from Libris Mortis adds +4 to number of turning attempts per day and all you have to do is possess them) and divine metamagic: persistant on EVERYTHING.

Of course you can always go King of Smack (http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?t=227556&page=1&pp=30). I recommend the version with the Egoist. Given that Psions are great at blowing their wad, and you will supposedly have time to rest, it sounds like a good deal. Make sure to take Talented and Overchannel if you can.

...yeah...I love Chameleon builds too...

Way too easy. Cleric 13/Hierophant 2. Get lots of caster level increasing items/feats. Get a few Perl of Power 7th level and go to town.

I'd second an Ur-Theurge build... With the time to rest it won't matter if you blow all your high-level spells fast, and you'll be able to do the fun Divine Metamagic (Persistent) with many useful spells. I'd also second the Extraordinary Spell Aim + Antimagic Field that one of the other posters suggested.

The War Weaver from Heroes of Battle might also not be too bad - after all, buffing the whole party is usually a useful thing. I'm not sure what'd be a good build with that, though.
